📄 Refund & Return Policy

At GovConEDU, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. While we specialize in digital education products, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our official refund policy for online courses and training programs.

💻 Digital Course Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for eligible course purchases.

To qualify for a refund:

• You must request it within 7 days of purchase.
• You must have accessed less than 20% of the course content.
• The course must not be part of a bundle, promotion, or subscription (unless otherwise stated).
• The course must have been purchased directly from GovConEDU (store.fhcgov.com or govconedu.com).
• Refunds are only issued to the original purchaser.

To request a refund, email us at hello@govconedu.com with the following:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Course title
• Reason for your request

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

🚚 Course Access & Delivery

All courses and training programs are delivered digitally. You will receive access instructions via email shortly after purchase.

If you don’t receive access within 1 hour, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@govconedu.com for assistance.

There is no physical shipping for any digital product.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to offer refunds for:

• Courses where more than 20% of content has been accessed
• Digital downloads or files
• Memberships or subscriptions after the renewal date
• Bundled course deals or limited-time promotions
• Purchases made outside of govconedu.com

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your digital purchase within 14 days, provided you have not accessed the course. Once you begin accessing the content, your right to cancel is waived.
